My name is Ethan, and I created this website.
Fitness has been extremely important to me for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I played multiple sports but eventually in my late teenage years, I gravitated to bodybuilding as my physical activity of choice. There is nothing more rewarding than to see the results of your efforts month after month as you continue to give 100% effort at the gym and learn about how to build muscle more effectively as you go.
Like many people, I have followed many of the popular bodybuilders and fitness influencers on Instagram for bodybuilding advice. However, it didn’t take long for me to become skeptical of some of the information being disseminated by the top fitness accounts. I found that much of the information provided by accounts with hundreds of thousands of followers was incredibly misleading or flat out inaccurate.
Ultimately, the prevalence of poor quality fitness information floating around social media is partly what inspired me to create this website. One of the main reasons I created this website is to provide my perspective on the world of Instagram fitness. My goal is to discuss the reality of Instagram fitness and to discuss some of the aspects of social media fitness that aren’t really talked about by fitness influencers themselves.
Hopefully, my content will help you develop a more holistic perspective on fitness and social media.
